Policies

1. To guarantee a space in the class registration and payment is required prior to the class date.

2. We do not offer walk-in service. By appointment only.

3. Payment must be received 24 hours before class.

4. Be on Time. Please arrive at class scheduled time to sign in and get ready for class.

5. We will work with you to reschedule if you call 24 hour prior to class. The first reschedule is at no charge, second reschedule will incur a $15.00 fee. Course fees are nonrefundable.

6. No Show. No Call. No Refund.

7. Must be at least 11 years old to take classes.

8. No Refund will be given for ANY online (Courses or E-Books) or Textbooks.

9. Revive A Life 1, LLC  reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to weather conditions. Please contact us to inquire on the status of your class.

10. We do not offer refunds. Revive A Life 1, LLC does not issue refunds if you cancel without a 24 hour notice or do not attend a class.  In this case you forfeit your payment. We reserve the right to make any changes to the policy in a case by case basis. If we determine at any time that a refund will be issued a $5.00 fee will be charged for administrative time and credit card fee.

11. Revive A Life 1, LLC reserve the right to refuse service.

12. We value your privacy. We do not sell or share customer’s information with unrelated

companies.

13. All sales are Final!
